- We will conduct the initial round of fundraising with you and help contact potential investors.
- Build a strategic Cap Table plan.
Seed
- We will handle your cash flow and continuously update your business plan.
- Manage engagements with financial institutions.
- Make sure payments and money transfers are made.
- We will prepare all the necessary financial materials, work with outside firms and accountants, and prepare payroll files for you.
- Support the annual audit process and overview with the auditors.
- Assist in liaising with investors (both existing and potential).
- Prepare all materials needed for the road show.
- Manage the company's stock options program and CAP Table for you.
- Prepare all the financial materials needed for presentations.
- Build pricing plans and incentive plans.
- Monitor and analyze ongoing sales.
